Monique hayward

Monique Hayward has 18 years’ experience in business management and technology consulting. She has an extensive background in business strategy, research and technology innovation, strategic partnerships and joint ventures. She is a motivated and personable business professional who is innovative with a natural ability to solve complex business challenges using best of breed technology solutions and collaborative partnerships.

Monique’s ability to assess complex situations and identify appropriate solutions underscores her ability to gain meaningful insight and follow up with thorough analysis. She is particularly skilled at architecting technical solutions, including integration specifications, business automation and cloud strategy. More recently, Monique has been involved with digital transformation strategies and implementing digital experience platforms. With the unique ability to pinpoint gaps for customers to leverage in the market, Monique assists to innovate new products, pricing and market entry strategies.

Monique has worked on a broad array of projects across various industries ranging from Public Sector and Education to Financial Services, Retail and Information Technology.
These projects include:

  • Content curation and digitisation for DaVinci Higher Education programmes
  • Market entry strategy for Desigual and Pepe Jeans London.
  • Barclays unbanked Africa project followed by ABSA merger
  • SACAI / benchmark AET assessment digitisation POC for select mines
  • Implementation of robotics and coding curriculum for Grade 3 to Grade 7, across the Curro Group

More recently, Monique finalised a consulting brief with the JumpCO Group which included developing their 5-year strategy, growing brand awareness in the market, developing and implementing a partner channel strategy, and actively growing their revenue base. This involved working directly with the CEO and MD, managing key vendor relationships including co-marketing strategies. As a means of gaining traction in the digital education space, Monique worked closely with the CEO to assess Grade 3, 6, and 9 mathematics and literacy skills across public schools, as well as private school institutions to benchmark cognitive ability on a national basis and identify learner gaps to determine remedial intervention. Monique explored opportunities to expand JumpCO’s public sector footprint, and within a six-month period succeeded in providing JumpCO Consulting a pipeline in excess of R100 million. She was responsible for launching a 12-month marketing campaign with BusinessDay, specifically the Focus 4.0, “Future proof your business through digital transformation”, campaign where her article “Now in the know” was published, along with a thought leadership piece written on behalf of the CEO.

Kevin started his career in United Kingdom and has built up fresh approach with the changes in the business world, thriving to reach milestones throughout his career. He has created great relationships both personally and professionally in the process.

Risk taker by nature, he believes if opportunity doesn’t knock, building a door is the solution. His emphasis is mainly on smart working where efficiency should match the goal of the company.

Kevin holds a Master degree in Finance (MSc Finance) from university of Mauritius and a Bachelor degree (BA Hons) in Business Management from University Of Northumbria at Newcastle

Jessica st bertin

Jessica is a creative and talented Graphic Designer with experience in multimedia, marketing, and print design. She possess exceptional collaborative and interpersonal skills; dynamic team player. Passionate and inventive creator of innovative marketing concept; accustomed to performing in deadline-driven environments. She is a learner and seeker for good lessons related to her job.

Jessica holds a degree in Graphic design and multimedia  from Université des Mascareignes (Mauritius) and a Diplome D’université Licence Technologique Design Graphique et Multimedia From Université de Limoges (France).

Neelam Boyjoonauth

Neelam Boyjoonauth, is a highly competent, motivated and ambitious individual with 8 years of experience working as part of a team in the Corporate Travel and Customer Service. She has been working closely with people in diverse professional settings and has a professional education in Relationship Management through her Marketing Management Degree from the University of Mauritius.

She has a number of valuable skills and attributes, she is a hard worker with great interpersonal skills, highly competent and motivated. She is a great team player, well organised and pro-active; having a proven ability to lead by example, consistently achieving targets, improve best practices and organise time efficiently. Dedicated and passionate about developing positive employee relations and exceeding organisational goals.
